Construction of the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project Through the City of Chino Hills Halted While the CPUC Reconsiders the Route, continued...

In response to two Petitions for Modification filed by Mr. Day on behalf of Chino Hills, the CPUC has stayed further construction of the project within Chino Hills, and is requiring SCE to submit extensive additional information about alternative routes or mitigation measures for the project.

Mr. Day will continue to represent the City of Chino Hills in the ongoing proceedings to evaluate the alternatives to the previously adopted SCE route. The proceedings are expected to extend well into 2012.
