Lucille Flinchbaugh is an associate with the Regulatory Practice Group.
Lucille previously worked as a law clerk for the Center of Biological Diversity and as a law clerk for the Natural Resources Section of the California Office of the Attorney General. Prior to this, she worked as an Environmental Policy and Compliance Intern for the United States Department of the Interior. While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, she served as an Executive Board Member on the West- Northwest Journal of Environmental Law. She graduated as a CALI award recipient for the highest grade in her Critical Studies II course, as well as a member of the Pro Bono Society for her tenant advocacy work with Tenants Together.
