The Court affirmed a Commission order fixing rates for carriage of general commodities.  Petitioner argued that Section 726 required the Commission to consider the costs of providing transportation services incurred by each of several different types of carriers and then set rates based on the lowest of those.  The Court concluded that the Commission could “consider all the available data from all types of carriers to determine what the cost of the most efficient service is.”
