About our building
In 2010, the U.S. Green Building Council awarded 505 Sansome Street the prestigious Gold Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Certification for Existing Buildings (LEED-EBOM). We are proud to have our attorneys’ offices in one of the most environmentally sustainable buildings in the country.
Earlier, 505 Sansome Street was voted one of the best public spaces by San Francisco Planning and Urban Research. The organization studied 68 Privately Owned Public Open Spaces in downtown San Francisco, including parks, plazas, terraces and snippets.
It noted about 505 Sansome: A greenhouse in the lobby of this office building faces and connects to Redwood Park. Its two-storey glass walls create an airy interior, featuring granite flooring, several paintings and eight tables, each with three to four chairs of beautiful modern design. Two food services are located within the building.
It’s the ideal working environment, and one of the few buildings in San Francisco with operable windows.
