Obtained settlement for $127 million in cash and credits for plaintiff class.

Represent purchaser of bond anticipation notes secured by assets of municipal telecom system in claims against issuer and underwriter for securities fraud and breach of fiduciary duty under federal, state and common law.

Represented plaintiff class of customers in action against one of the largest brokerage businesses in the country seeking damages of over $250 million plus interest for claims of breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment arising out of receipt of revenue sharing payments. Settled following class certification.

Intervened on behalf of bankruptcy estate to pursue claims for breach of fiduciary duties against former directors and officers of Adaptive Broadband Corporation, a publicly-traded technology company. Achieved favorable settlement for company in mediation with directors and officers and insurer.
